Oakmore Construction is the Construction Division of Project Management and Quantity Surveying Consultancy, MSPM.

Oakmore was established in 2007 to provide our clients with a highly motivated and professional construction service – a construction service run by a company of expert project and cost managers.

We are distinctive because we bring our consultancy ethos to construction, the company was establish to serve the specific needs of our client base, to fill voids left by traditional contracting businesses and to provide a more satisfying and cost focused and effective way of delivering construction projects.

In delivering a construction management service Oakmore is able to focus on the interests of the project, rather than on its own risk management, and the client can be confident that its project objectives will be shared by the rest of the team.

The adversarial approach that can often be associated with Traditional and Design and Build forms of project procurement is usually less effective and ultimately more expensive for a client. The separation of Oakmore, acting as construction manager, from direct contractual relationships with the trade contractors places us in a good position to promote a collaborative approach to project delivery.
