Proven examples of our Construction Management Experience include a complex grade 2 listed mixed use development next to the prestigious Performing Arts Centre in the Cultural Centre of Leicester. Having exhausted traditional procurement routes the developer, working with Oakmore under a fixed fee arrangement, successfully managed the development and construction process, and through the benefits highlighted above introduced many changes to reflect the difficult refurbishment process and changing market conditions that prevailed during the course of the project. By engaging Oakmore to construction manage the project the client was able to alter the scheme to suit the changing residential market conditions.
